How does billing work?+
Per-clinician monthly billing, paid annually or month-to-month. No per-claim or per-session fees. AI Assist, portals, and integrations are included on Growth and Enterprise.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
Starter and Growth are month-to-month with no contract. Enterprise is an annual contract with a named CSM, SLA, and dedicated implementation.
Will you help migrate our data?+
Yes. Growth and Enterprise include guided migration for clients, schedule, authorizations, and 12 months of claims history. Enterprise gets a dedicated implementation lead.
Do you sign a BAA?+
Yes — a Business Associate Agreement is signed before any PHI lands in Skillique. SUD-confidentiality (42 CFR Part 2) controls are available on Growth and Enterprise.
Can we evaluate Skillique with a sandbox first?+
